Who should complete the training?
This training was designed for our ACE Hardware partners including Owners, Store Managers, B2B Managers and Floor Associates. Anyone who completes the training should have a better understanding of product features, installation, and troubleshooting.

How do you access the training?
Fill out the short Registration Form to get registered for the first series of courses being offered for our DIY® Series. These four short courses will improve your knowledge for DIY Single-Zone, DIY Multi-Zone, DIY Ceiling Cassette, and corresponding accessories. Once you have completed all four courses, you will receive a completion certificate by email.
What courses will be coming soon?
As we introduce new products, we will concurrently offer corresponding training courses shortly thereafter. When new courses become available, we will notify you via email from our dealer list.
